1. Guided meditation script for the Goddess Empath

You can do this meditation anytime you feel you need to connect with yourself as a Goddess Empath. If you are desiring to root into your experience more deeply or understand where you are at, this meditation can bring calm, clarity, and peace to your energy field and assist you in becoming present with who you really are.

  • Settle into your preferred meditation posture.
  • Close your eyes.
  • Rest your palms facing up towards the sky.
  • And breathe in.
  • And breathe out making an audible sigh, releasing tension.
  • You are becoming more relaxed.
  • Scan over your body from head to toe noticing where tension is being held.
  • Release that tension now.
  • Unclench your jaw.
  • Your pelvic floor.
  • Shoulders, neck, and spine, hips, legs.
  • Let yourself feel fluid and heavy.
  • Allow your thoughts to contract and move into the back of your mind, far into the distance as you turn your attention towards your breathing.
  • Fully give your awareness over to the breath.
  • Be your breath, moving divine life in and out of your body.
  • Feel yourself deepen into the present moment.
  • Feel yourself here now.
  • Keep following the breath, sinking deeper into the spaces in between.
  • Be taken on a journey within.
  • Keep moving deeper into self—into the layers of who you really are.
  • Breathe.
  • And let your mind drop into the vastness of space and time now.
  • You are floating through all of existence and beingness.
  • You are here.
  • Be with yourself in complete radiance and peace.
  • You are present.
  • Let insights and thoughts pass through your mind.
  • Be aware of sensations that arise but avoid consciously attaching to them.
  • Breathe.
  • And slowly start to float back down into your physical self.
  • Settle into the body.
  • Become aware of the room around you.
  • Become aware of the floor beneath you.
  • Become aware of the sky above you.
  • Open your eyes when you are ready to end.

2. List of affirmations to empower your empath archetype

Affirmations are a great way to bring a shift in mindset, helping you shift your perception and perspectives on the mental plane. Here are some affirmations for your archetype. You can repeat one or several of these each day—while you are driving or getting ready in the morning. Write the most resonant ones out and carry the list around with you to read when you are feeling a little stuck or that you need a positive boost in your life.

  • I am in communion with nature.
  • I am a channel for the voiceless.
  • My life is sacred.
  • My body is sacred.
  • The natural world is the embodiment of creation.

  • I can sense what is coming based on signals from nature.

  • I sing to the plants.
