1. Guided meditation script for the Mystic Empath

This meditation was crafted specifically for your empath archetype. If you want, you can record the meditation using your own voice and playing it back for yourself. Use this practice when you feel untethered and need a way to call yourself back into your power and life force.

  • Settle into your preferred meditation posture.
  • Close your eyes and begin breathing slowly and deeply.
  • Straighten your back, allowing your shoulders to rest comfortably.
  • Bring your awareness to your neck and let the tension melt from the top of your head and down your spine and away from you.
  • Breathe in and out.
  • Rest your palms face up on your knees and connect your thumb and index finger to make a loop.
  • Breath in and out deliberately and slowly.
  • Let yourself fully relax and let go of stress from earlier in the day.
  • Be here now.
  • Turn your attention within and towards your solar plexus chakra located just above your navel.
  • Energetically tap into this energy center.
  • Feel the pulsating energy of your life force.
  • Visualize a bright yellow or golden disk at your navel.
  • And take a deep inhale, letting the breath expand the diaphragm and belly.
  • Then slowly, breathe out through your mouth for a count of 6 seconds.
  • And repeat.
  • Take a deep breath in, hold for a second, and release counting 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
  • One more time.
  • Return your breath to your natural rhythm.
  • Imagine a gold light entering your lungs and aura with each inhale and exhale.
  • Let yourself grow brighter and brighter, see your solar plexus chakra become more expansive and bright.
  • Let the energy surround you and move out into the room you are in.
  • See this as your self-expression becoming more prominent, bold, and defined.
  • The golden light starts to move closer back in and around you now.
  • Getting closer to your body and concentrating itself within your energy field.
  • Sit here in this golden orb.
  • Know that you are full of life force.
  • Stay in stillness for a count of 60 seconds.
  • Then feel the ground or chair beneath you.
  • Become aware of the physical space you are in, the air you are breathing, the ground, everything around you.
  • And open your eyes.

2. List of affirmations to empower your empath archetype

Affirmations are a great way to bring a shift in mindset, helping you move your perception at a subconscious level. Here are some affirmations for your archetype. You can repeat one or several of these daily, while you are driving, or cooking a meal.

One great technique for the Mystic Empath is to write one down on a piece of paper and tape it to your mirror so you see it as you get ready for your day.
